Description: This is for an monochrome gloss print of the original of Yellow Legs by Frank W Benson; showing a a solitary water fowl standing in shallow water. The bird is looking out and gives the suggestion of leaving at any moment. There are just a few reeds in the water and the rest of the etching is just the water which makes one look at the bird more when looking the print. This is from Prints of the Year in 1931. The original is an Etching printing, and was printed by Morton Burt & Sons Ltd of Bayswater London and published by Halton and Company in London. The print is approximately 5.25 inches wide 4 inches high or 13 cm wide x 11 cm high. The print is unmounted, and it is in good condition, and is guaranteed to be genuine and over 90 years old.
