WWII Japanese Arisaka Type 30 Bayonet w/ Scabbard & Leather Frog Tokyo or Kokura

Description: WW2 era Japanese Arisaka Type 30 bayonet with scabbard and leather frog. Has hooked quillon and either a Tokyo or Kokura marking, my guess is Kokura. Also has flat side contoured pommel and contoured wrap around rivet retained wooden grips. Leather frog is in very good condition, the leather is hard and stable, not crumbling away. Frog does have some scuffs, dings, and marks scattered about. Scabbard has a couple small dings on it. Blade, blade edge and tip are also in excellent condition, again in my opinion, no damage to the blade, no rust, no pitting, no damaged edge......a straight up very nice example that is getting hard to find in this condition. In excellent overall condition for a military bayonet in my opinion, you can make your own opinion by looking at all the photos and requesting more photos if you want. Condition is as photographed with wear as to be expected from age and knocking around for 80 years or so such as small scuffs, dings, light scratches, dirt spots, dust, etc etc....all normal It is offered AS-IS and that means no returns for any reason whatsoever so please study all of the photos closely and make your own assessment of condition and to make sure that this item suits all of your needs as the pictures are part of the description and are of the actual item you will receive.
