Description: This listing is for 1945 Christmas pamphlet featuring Thomas M. England General Hospital of Atlantic City. During WWII and following the end of the war, the big luxury hotel on the Atlantic City Boardwalk were turned into Hospitals for the returning soldiers of the European and Pacific theaters. This pamphlet is for the Chalfonte-Haddon Hall hotel which was used as a rehabilitation hospital. It features many black and white photographs. It measures 12" X 9" and is signed by Donald O'Connor who visited the hospital with comedians Pincus and Sweeney. Condition: Good--minor wear along the edges.
