Immediately after receiving the collection, I "quarantined" everything in plastic totes for 8 months with sprinkled baking soda. This eliminated about 75% of smoky odor. However, 25% of it is still there and there still are trace amounts of baking soda that remains. If you have any aversions to either of these conditions, please do not make a bid or purchase.Torn at fold. In poor to fair condition - Although 95%-100% of the text is present and legible, there are signs of toning, aging, loss, folds, creases and possible page detachment. It measures approx. 12" x 17"You will receive the exact example shown in the photos. This will ship folded, in a new plastic zip lock bag inside of a rigid mailer via USPS First Class mail service with a tracking number.
