Description: One original mid war production WW2 japanese type 38 or type 99 rifle bayonet with scabbard, the type 30 arisaka bayonet fit both the type 99 and type 38 rifles and carbines, bayonet is in good serviceable condition, sharpened blade, still has factory edge, early mid war birdshead type, wood handles are good, release works smoothly, blade is very good, mid war straight squared quillon with rounded barrel ring, is good, serial number on base of pommel is 49126. scabbard fits very well. Makers mark is Howa Jyuko under Nagoya arsenal supervision.
