Description: A nice example of a World War One Imperial German Army Infantryman's Matt B-Metal Belt Buckle A smashing example of a surviving combat belt buckle as worn in the Kaiser's Army in the Trenches of the Western Front 1914-18 and bearing the legend Gott Mit Uns (God is With Us) in the centre circle over the Kaiser's Crown. With a very good matt patina and with no discernible rust showing through, to either the front or back, this is a cracking belt buckle formerly belonging to a WW-I German Infantryman, and now showing a nice amount of issued wear. Thanks for looking..!
