Description: WW1 German Ersatz Gew 98 Mauser All Metal Bayonet Marked “10886” Overall Length: 14.5 Length Blade Length: 9.5 Length These were manufactured in Germany but due to the lack of German regimental markings, this particular one most likely was sent to the Ottoman Empire to be reissued amongst their military. Bayonet is missing the catch mechanism and release button. Has some light superficial rust spots in some areas but otherwise is in pretty good overall condition. Bayonet is sharp and has some wear marks on it.
