Description: I’m taking the girls shopping, wanna go? This vintage Talking Ken doll by Mattel is repaired to talk, but still needs care when being played with. Arms, legs, and knees operate as they should. Neck joint also works as intended, but a little chunk is missing plus the head is prone to coming out. Face paint is generally good, but has some hair rubs and a little pin prick on nose. Outfit is the original blue and orange two piece suit, but is in very worn condition. Holes, stains. Tried to get them out, but no luck. The speaking mechanism was repaired but is a little finicky. Requires some trial and error, and does require a manual release (not just “pull and let go.” Sometimes he says all his phrases in one go, and sometimes he doesn’t speak for a few pulls - or gets his phrases confused.
