Description: Beautiful unique hand-turned wood vessel with lid. It is about 9 inches tall and 5.5 inches wide. The inside is only hollowed out about 5 inches. This piece appears to be somewhat unfinished, with the markings and holes left on the bottom as shown in the photos. I am not sure of the type of wood, and there is a split in the wood on the lid and one on the side, both photographed. I actually feel that the split in the lid adds some age and interest to the piece. I did condition the wood with Conrads Wood Food, which enhanced the grain, and it could probably use some more. This is a lovely piece that would bring some texture and a natural wood element into a room, as well as serve as a little stash box!
