This belonged to my Step-Mother, she had a tendency to purchase a lot of clothing and either never wear it or wear it a couple of times. I found this in her closet and I don't believe she ever wore it. Cullottes are wonderful for anyone who has chafing when wearing a skirt. You put them on like pants but they look like a skirt. These cullottes are in excellent condition, no stains, tears, rips or snags. Cullottes are feature an elastic waist, are 100% Polyester and made in the U.S.A! Cullottes have been freshly laundered and line dried (which is why they're a little wrinkly). Photos are of actual product.
