Size is on tag as a 9, but it's pretty small, so see measurements below. Fabric is 45% nylon, 30% acetate, 25% polyester. There is an elastic band in the waist, and a slit in the back. (See photos)Measurements are taken with item flat and not stretched. It's best to measure, in the same way, something that fits well, and compare those measurements to these.Waist: 18 inches, but stretches to 28/30 inches.
