Flawless - no notable wear to the disc at all2. Near-Flawless - may have a small, hardly detectable issue that would prevent it from being 'Flawless/like new' but hardly noticeable if at all. 3. Excellent - May have some slight issues, but nothing overpowering the back of the disc4. Very Good - Some noticeable issues, but no deep scratches or anything to cause read errors5. Good - Flaws may present in a manner that almost overpowers the disc surface, but the game still plays with no issues6. Fair - Flaws are noticeable throughout back of disc, but still plays perfect7.
