Very good condition overall, but not excellent. Has inscription from owner on first blank page - "Alois A. Hoffman of Unity, Wis.". This owner also had a small name stamp that was placed on a few pages of the book. There is some brown staining - confined mostly to the blank pages front and back. All of the text pages are quite nice with nearly zero foxing. No interior markings. No missing, torn or bent pages. No library markings. Binding sound. Covers and spine are very decent - these are original - often copies of this book are found with a rebinding.
