Description: William Guerin Limoges Yellow Daisies Cobalt & Gold Bouillon Cup & Saucer Nice French porcelain bouillon cup and saucer. Decorated with yellow daisies on the inside of the cup. Has a wide cobalt band on the outside of the cup and saucer with arched gilding along the edge and yellow daisies below. Gold gilding along the edge. Marked in green on the bottom Limoges WG & Co France. This is an underglaze whiteware mark used by William Guerin in Limoges France between 1900 and 1932. The saucer is also marked Wm Guerin & Co Limoges France in blue. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. The cup measures approximately 5 3/8 inches wide from handle to handle x 1 7/8 inches tall. The saucer measures approximately 5 1/2 inches wide. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
