It adds another dimension to your playing making it sound like sub toning on a saxophone. Essentially getting a similar sound to Marquis Hill or Chet Baker. Raspy, airy, dark, and sexy. It is said that Chet might have put something in his mouthpiece cup to make a similar sound. Other techniques involve changing the embouchure and air stream but this device automates the process. Trying to sell some items you can see in my ebay store to make room for some new equipment but this was a lot of fun when I was playing trumpet. The penny whistle is in mint condition and has only been play tested a few times. I play many musical instruments, so this only got a little use and is very clean and polished. $80 New at the Die Flüsterei shop which doesn't include customs and shipping. He makes these by hand, so turnaround might take a while; however, it is up for sale here and ships to you in a matter of days. These are gold plated brass and fit all mouthpieces.
