The diagram is shown on the side, and this is likely made in the early 1930s. The specifications indicate that the ratio is 1:160,000 ohms, with a low side winding with DCF resistance of .23 ohms, and high side of 315 ohms. The low side inductance is 1.6 Hy. It is guaranteed to be a good usable transformer. In size, it measures roughly 3 1/4 inches by 2 5/8 at the base, and is 3 1/2 inches tall, not counting the terminals.
