Description: Hello eBayers. I have up for sale a Rare and Hard To Find Ganz Webkinz Signature German Shepherd 10" Plush ~ WKSS2023. The item is New With Tag but the tag shows some wear and looks to be sealed. Due to past scammers using Codes then asking for refunds all codes will be considered "Used". Please refer to pictures for actual condition of item. All Plush and Used Items are now being sold "AS-IS" due to constant scammers. Please check out my other items for more great "Hard to Find" and "Vintage" items such as games, toys/collectibles, puzzles, etc... Happy bidding... My Auction Rules/Policy: Free shipping is only to US residents. Shipping to the areas in the West Coast are more expensive and so "Best Offers" will be considered with that in mind. Shipping for some items such as plush items will be in either bubble mailer or shipping bag... I have no set delivery time as sometimes life happens, I need to find a box to ship an item in, but I will do my best to get it out within 1-3 business days. I do not ship on the Weekends.
