They are what is considered "new old stock". All that I have available are new & unused. in their original zippered bags. While most of the valances packaging is in very good condition, a couple of the zippered bags may have UPC or price stickers or sticker residue on them, and/or some minor soiling (on the zippered bag ONLY. The valance itself is pristine!). One of the six valances has a small cut in it's plastic bag. The fabric underneath is unharmed. The first persons who purchase valances will receive them with bags in the best condition bag, etc. Also note- Waverly window treatments are considered good quality. They do however seem to (most times) have excess threads hanging from some of their sewn areas. If you are like me and picky about this kind of thing, These threads can be easily snipped, with care taken for the surrounding fabric, using a small pair of scissors or nail clippers.
