Description: Very nicely done rendition of the Hotel Fairmont Empress in Victoria BC ... when my grand parents were married in 1925, they went there on their honeymoon.. and Grandpa said he could only afford the cost of one night .... in 2017 ... we went to Victoria for Christmas ... we didn't stay at the Empress but had tea there on Saturday .. it was costly @ $75.00/per person .. it was a Christmas present .. it was memorable... this iconic building is wonderful .. and ominous as it looks out over the harbor ... The painting is in near perfect condition, I did find a "dent" pictured in the last pic only noticeable when close .. it could be fixed but the dust cover would have to be replaced .. it is 20 x 17". with the pic being 13 1/2 x 10 1/2".. I believe this painting was done around 2006 or before ... she was painting in the early 1990s too.. the artist was very active in Olympia Arts Walk where hundreds of works of art are exhibited through out Olimpia businesses .. other that that not much else... some artists like being private.. I am friends with several Olympia Art League artists.. Probably will ship for less than $20.00 so I will refund the difference .. I have been using UPS for larger packages but still use USPS for some .. See all the other art I have listed .. Feel Free to ask question..
