Description: This is a vintage watchmaker's tool, I am told this is a balance screw under cutter, 1 with the holes does not have any markings but the 1 with the posts has numbers. It appears that it goes in a press to seat new posts or bushings. The posts seem to have teeth and are very small. There is a O.A. on the stake portion as well as the numbers.
