Fine 935 Sterling & Enamel Casket Watch Fob For your consideration is an amazing, and hard to come by, antique French Art Deco fine .935 sterling & guilloche sky blue & cobalt enamel with an amazing hand painting of a angel sitting on a bed of roses playing two long horn instruments on a casket shaped frame. Such a fine time piece from the Golden Era, Art Deco 1920-30s, with a beautiful enamel art work on a rare shape. The watch is marked "Swiss" on the face. Inside on the watch components its marked "Swiss Monarch Watch Co Seventeen 17 Jewels". The inside of the case is marked "GB Swiss Argent Dore Sterling Silver .935 1526" and what looks like a horse. At the bottom of the inside of the case its marked "York Watch Co". The watch winds and the gears tick. Seems to work and keep time but we recommend to have it serviced. **The casket shape crystal (or acrylic) case is missing. The enamel is in fantastic condition. Watch measures 1 7/8" long including the bail by 1" wide and 1/4" thick. The necklace measures about 24" with the "Y" drop adds about another 2 1/2" long. The necklace has no marks and is presumed to be gold plated brass.
