Washburn D28 Acoustic w/hardshell case NOTE: Description updated please read!

Description: Selling my Washburn D28 Acoustic. Guitar comes with hardshell case. UPDATE: I took a couple of more pics. I got one of the serial#. If you look, the first digit could be 8 or 9 I think it's 8 so I advertised as 1989 but could be 1999, you decide before purchasing. I may be wrong on 89 which is why I am posting the pic. Also, I notice a small mark on the bottom which is nothing and also a very small finish crack. No biggie, for a 25–35-year-old guitar sometimes it happens but absolutely nothing to be concerned with; I just thought I would mention it and show a pic because I want to be as upfront as I can. I bought this used for my niece but because it doesn't have a pre-amp she didn't want it lol. This guitar is in excellent condition except for one issue, some of the frets are a bit worn and could be replaced (it is 25-35 years old and was played quite a bit). It plays fine as is but to make it perfect, a minimal fret job would be nice. I shimmed the treble side of the saddle as the previous owner had it too low. The action is currently fine, but you can adjust it to your preference, I currently have .010-gauge strings on it. I believe it's a 1989 and has been well taken care of. It's a great knock around guitar to jam on and I hate to sell it but she doesn't want it and I don't play anymore. Besides, I am moving out of the country and need to slim down my gear. It comes with a hardshell case in nice shape as well, only thing is if you look at the pic with the latch, it is a latch to the combo lock. It works but, it sometimes is a pain to get opened so I just leave it unlatched to save myself the aggravation. It may be bent a little and can probably be fix but I never messed with it because it was no big deal. Outside of that, it's very nice guitar and case. *I have sold many guitars and basses on ebay and never had one returned. Product is described as best as can be with visual, play-ability and sound.
