Description: Waltham Shield Mantle 8 Day Clock Wood Case Wind Up Tested WORKING Condition: Good antique condition. Clock has been tested and appears to work just fine (keeps accurate time, winds smoothly, etc.) One small area on back where there is some residue that looks like a tag may have been attached (see photos). The tops of the finials have variations---we don't know if they were carved this way or if they have been worn/chipped over time. The tip of the shield shape on the back has a small chip (see photos). Clock displays beautifully. Please see all photos and entire Item Description section for any additional information. Size: Approximately 11" tall x 13.25" wide x 3 3/4" deep (at base). Beautiful gold triangle face. Clock face is marked "Waltham".The winding mechanism is attached to the bottom of clock.
