Description: This is a beautiful, high quality glossy 8x10 photograph of Walt Disney (in his final photo session in 1966) with young actress Pamelyn Ferdin. This was autographed by the former child star, Ms. Ferdin, in 2016 at a personal appearance in Los Angeles (See a photo taken at the time she signed the photo; snapshot not included in the auction.) The October 1966 photo session was used to promote RCA color television in print ads, as shown here (ad not included). Ferdin was a prolific young actress who worked steadily in films and on television in the 1960s and 70s. She was the voice of Fern in the Hanna Barbera animated movie version of "Charlotte's Web." Trivia note: Not long after her Walt Disney photo session, Ferdin portrayed Laura Bower in the Walt Disney feature film, "The One and Only, Genuine, Original Family Band" (1968) starring Buddy Ebsen. Signed photo is in excellent condition. Note: this is the actual autographed photo up for auction....not some preprint or reprint of some nature.
