This is a genuine OEM replacement filter element in 30 mesh for use in the following cold and hot water filter systems: * 1-1/2" Vu-Flow Screen Filter systems * 1-1/2" Rusco Spin Down Filter systems This element has a round base with 4 protruding nubs. It is not for use with Sand Separator or Sediment Trapper systems, for which the element has a smooth circular base with a notch. Please note! This element measures 8-1/8" x 1-5/8" and is used in a 1-1/2" filter system. How do you know what size filter system you have? T-style filter systems are identified by the port size and not by the diameter or length of the filter element.
