Description: VTG "Ugly" Clothespin Santa Ornament Handmade Folk Rustic Country 60s 70s CottonUp for sale is a vintage handmade clothespin Santa Christmas ornament. I found this little guy at an estate sale so I want to date it either from the 60s or 70s based on other items I saw/bought at the sale. I can't be exactly sure on the age of this though-it's just a guess. I think he's rather cute but some call him ugly. But one thing is for sure-you won't see another like him because he's handmade. He's been around for a long time so he isn't in top condition, but he's still in fairly nice shape. His body is solid and the paint and clothing still have nice color. The cotton ball used for his hair and beard is no longer round but has been forced more straight from gravity when it's been hung on a tree year after year. It's still in one piece though. It measures about 7 inches tall laying glat and not including the string to hang it up by. It is also about 3.5 inches wide arm to arm. Thanks for looking!
