Description: Pre owned but in great condition. No stains, rips, holes, or heavily worn spots. The skirt has one tiny snag and one small run (both noted in the photos by me pointing at them). I believe this skirt is handmade/homemade, there is no tag. Also I’m just estimating the size to be a Large/XL. The waist sits unstretched and flat at 26” but stretches up to 40” (absolute max). The elastic works great and is unaffected by its age. Not sure if it is machine washable (no tag) so I recently hand washed it before listing. Super cute 70’s/80’s cottage/precious moments theme going. Nice bright color, it appears to have very little wash/wear. All measurements should be covered in the photos.
