Description: Really unique handpainted design parka tagged Diann’s Designs. I’m guessing an artisan in the Reno Tahoe area where I bought this. Very puffy and oversized with ruched shoulders and front pockets. Drawstrings at bottom and at collar. Extremely warm and cozy with soft flannel lining. Paint is splatter pinecones design and gold glitter accents. Dimensions are: pit to pit 23”, hip 23”, shoulder to hem 31”.
