Inner layer is a bit wrinkled from storage and could use steamed or pressed. No major stains. If any stains at all they would be extremely small and hard to see as I am not seeing any at all. No holes or rips. Inside outer layer has some hanging threads as this seem indicative of this type of fabric. Comes as shown. As seen. As described and as is. Small dress for small teen or adult.
