HERE WE HAVE: A decorative plate featuring THE Ohio State University's seal on it! Made by University China, "an Epco Group Company". Looks like that company may have been based out of East Palestine, Ohio and shut down in 2006 (later reopening under a different name).The plate comes with its original mailing box which is dated August 1986. *11/2/23* CONDITION: Good condition, minimal wear. There is one deeper scratch to the plate to the left of the seal. Some smaller, faint scuffs and scratches here and there. There's one dark spot on the bottom of the plate that looks like a spot under the glaze. The original box has writing on it as well as some edge wear and discoloration.
