Description: This is for a vintage mid century modern matte black art pottery vessel. Matte black pottery. Possiblely a ceramic pottery but weighs 4 lbs 8.8 ounces. On bottom is number 503.285. Unknown maker or origin. Piece stands total at appx 6 inches. Be advised of top. There is a slight upward curve to peice. Not flat topped. Appx diamater across widest at 12 inches. Top opening longest at 8.75 inches across. Two openings at widest alone are appx 4 inches and at center narrowest at 2. 75 inches. Bottom sit rim diamater of 9 inches. No damage or issues. There is rub marks on very bottom raw sit rim. See photos. Piece does have 2 seam type areas that run horizontal from ends of openings down to bottom. See last photo. You can see 1 of them faintly.
