Description: This vintage Madame Alexander 14" doll is a must-have for any Disney collector. The doll features blonde wavy hair, green eyes that open and close, and is dressed in Alice's iconic blue and white dress. The doll comes with its original box and hang tag, making it a perfect addition to any collection. She was made in 1965 and, due to age, does have some minor imperfections on her clothing, a shoe, and of course the original box that she came in. The box has some stains inside of it and does show signs of wear. Measures approximately 14"H x 8.5"W Due to age, the item is SOLD 'AS-IS'. I just got access to hundreds of antique/vintage dolls. ALL ERA'S AND STYLES. They have been locked inside a storage container for decades, and the people that came across it said to their knowledge that the last time it was opened was early 2000's. The previous owner was an avid doll collector/maker/restorer. They were stored in boxes. Most have a musty smell. So, I have been meticulously cleaning each and every one that I am able to. Some I will not or can't clean due to age or materials they are made of. On the dolls that I am able to clean. I use only all natural cleaners to clean their hair, bodies, and clothes. Each doll has their hair gently conditioned (when necessary), and their hair combed out to bring them back to their original condition as much as possible. Again, if your doll has a 'hint' of smell, I apologize. I have spent hours on these and have tried the best that I can. Feel free to contact a doll professional to see if they can try something different. I have consulted with various doll experts to get information on how to safely clean these. I am not a doll expert and am not able to fix some that have limbs that are no longer attached. Those will be sold in lots, for parts only. I'm excited to see all the amazing dolls that will come out of this. It is truly a beautiful discovery.
