Description: Incredible vintage Lillie Rubin dress designed after the iconic original Eugene Alexander one worn by Whitney Houston. Carrie Bradshaw wore a Cache version on SATC. This dress is almost identical to the original, just in black. Size 12 Measures approx 52” long x 19” pit to pit x about 22-24” hips flat across May need a gentle cleaning but I’m leaving that up to the buyer since it’s a delicate dress. A few pulls on the front (pictured) not very noticeable. This dress is literally breathtaking. Soft black jersey fabric that has some stretch, hugs your curves, but also has a remarkable ruching/draping that comes from both sides of the appliques. Stunning one shoulder design, with two MASSIVE, pleated, intricate blooming hibiscus flowers. Leaf applique runs below the flowers, and above- creating a structured, standing leaf effect that frames the side of the face. Slit at the front right side for easy movement. Zips closed along the left side. Whoever gets to take this one home is a very, very lucky person.
