Probably 90's to early 00's and an EXTREMELY RARE STYLE. This is a classic looking Ringer that is TOTALLY UNUSED. It is genuine NOS; NEVER WORN, NEVER WASHED, JUST BEAUTIFUL! Please make sure to carefully check the size and measurements. The size XL has a few extremely faint, very small spots. They didn't show up in the pictures and you probably won't notice them... might have been from original handling... doesn't change the condition of this beautiful unused item. Vintage items generally run smaller and all manufacturers will have their own specific grading. Despite the size on tag you need to compare the measurements given to an item that you already own.
