Vtg Completed Needlepoint "Noel" Christmas St Lucia Stocking Bucilla Kit #60330

Description: This is a vintage completed needlepoint Christmas stocking from Bucilla needlepoint kit #60330.The kit came out in 1975. This stocking is a Scandinavian design. It could be hung for Christmas or for St. Lucia Day (St. Lucy's Day). The needlepoint was done by hand. Decoration on Stocking: The word NOEL is at the top of the stocking. On the stocking there are snowflakes, a Scandinavian church, a candle, a woman holding candles and wearing candles in her hair, a reindeer, two bells, a candy cane, a Christmas tree, and an angel. The woman with candles in her hair is probably a woman celebrating St. Lucia Day or St. Lucy's Day. This holiday is celebrated in Sweden, Norway, and parts of Finland. This stocking is primary colors (red, blue, yellow, green, and white).
