Vtg Cobra 21 LTD 21LTD 40 Channel CB Radio w/ Mic- Partially works? Pls read

Description: Recently found this cb. Hooked it up to a dc converter. Speaker works. I can hear the screaching when pressing channel buttons. Knobs all work. I dont have antenna to test to see if I can talk to someone. Or even if I could figure out how to. Unfortunately The lcd screen only shows partial numbers (see pics) . Also I dont think the power connector is stock, looks like someone filled it with some type of gasket material? Im not sure im not too familiar with cb radios. Please see pictures carefully for exact condition. If you have any questions please let me know. Came in a non matching "realistic" box. Does not include mount, hardware, antenna, or anything other then whats pictured. Selling as is. Untested. No returns.
