Description: Offered is this vintage white china plate, made by Wedgwood in Etruria, Staffordshire, England. The plate features an image of the Old South Church in Boston, surrounded by a ring of flowers and leaves. It was imported by the Boston firm of Jones McDuffee & Stratton. In addition to the printed back marks there is a Wedgwood impressed mark. I'm not sure how old it is; The "Made in" addition to "England" indicates it was made some time after 1910, and the additional impressed date code may say "29" (for 1929?) but I'm not sure (see last photo). The plate is approx. 9 1/4" in diameter. The front is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or scratches, but there are a few light marks on the back. Please take a moment to look at all of the other items in my eBay store!
