This paper role was sold under the “Roylies” brand and was made by Royal L ace Paper a division of Standard Packaging Corp. Based on the font, the price sticker & the packaging, I’m betting that this paper roll dates to be mid to late 1960s. It’s sealed in period correct thickshrink wrap.
