Description: Vtg 40s Daisy Dog Dagwood Blondie Bumstead Novelty Fabric Blue Pink Unused Vintage fabric. Medium weight cotton flannel. Measures 35 inches from selvage to selvage and is 34 inches in length at shortest point. Very good to excellent unused condition. There is a little bit of soiling in one corner (see photo) which looks like it will probably wash out or at least greatly diminish with a soak/wash. There are no other marks/stains, and no holes or rips. The photographs were taken indoors near a window, which may cause uneven shadows and tonal variations in the image. The actual fabric offered is even in tone, color and intensity. Daisy Dog and a couple of her pups. We see Daisy and pups fetching slippers, getting ideas (or hatching plans), reading BEDTIME STORIES, resting and relaxing. Note that the King Features Syndicate mark is cleverly integrated into the book Daisy is reading (K.E.S.). The postures and faces of these dogs are fabulous!
