It includes the original box and instructions. NO STICKERS / DECALS. Over the years, there were a few different box variations for this set - the box (and instructions) offered HERE both have a "SPECIAL STAR TREK JACKET OFFER." The top / left side corner of the box top is split. There is a small pen mark on the bottom / center of the box lid. (See close-ups with pencil point.) The box still displays fairly well.
