Description: This vintage panther sculpture coffee table has the original beveled glass top, which measures 51 and 7/8" x 26 and 15/16". The panther is about 46" x 27" and tabletop is 14 and 3/4" off the ground. I've seen a few of these tables over the years and my friend actually owns an identical one too with the same exact glass top, except hers is the glossy white paint variant- this one is a speckled, textured white. Looking close gives the illusion of fur in the texture and paint flecks. Screenshots are attached of the glossy version sold on 1st dibs, and another of the glossy for sale elsewhere, both missing the glass. These typically sell for $3000-4000 on Chairish but rarely have the original glass. There is a small faint red marking on the paw as shown and a few small light discolorations on the tail / under the chin which is not visible unless you are under the panther. The glass has 2 small marred parts as shown in photos, they aren't noticeable unless you're inspecting the table closely. The glass and panther weigh approximately 45-50 pounds each.
