Description: VTG 1950's SHOWA Japan Lithograph Tin No.600 TRACTOR Battery Op Pistons Lights. In fair survivor vintage condition. The driver is missing an arm. The platform, driver, and seat have some paint loss rust. One side looks better than the other. The bottom is clean, the battery compartment looks good, however with a C battery I could only get the lights in the pistons to light up. No movement! It has two wheels on the bottom that should roll the toy, and the pistons would move up and down. Unfortunately not working. The pistons do move when it is pushed. So it lights up, but does not move.
