Rather it is a list compiled after much work by Ray Walker of Vacation Resorts, Selected Cabins and Motor Courts in the states of Penn, Va, NY, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Ontario Canada, S Carolina, Georgia, VT, Conn, RI, MASS, Maine and New Hampshire that he considers special. He says not to ask for any other states because it is a lot of work to get this list together. Nice front cover, interesting listings and published by Ray himself in Haverhill, Mass. Measures 9 1/2" x 4 1/4" when closed and has 12 panels. Very good condition with no rips or tears. From a pet free and smoke free home-the item has no odor. Only one like it on ebay.For an item like this I do not use mail tracking and that helps save the buyer $3 in unnecessary postal expense.
