Throughout the 20th century, primary grade elementary school teachers often had boxes of Zaner-Bloser handwriting crayons for their students to write with before they graduated to pencils and pens. This vintage box, includes eleven non-toxic black crayons (ten have never been used, one has slight use). Each crayon is 5" in length and 1/2" thick. These are much fatter than a standard crayon - made especially for small hands. Photographs are an essential part of the item description.
