If your looking for the very best we cherry picked these out for you... up for a buy now auction is a Military Issue M1 Garand Bayonet with Scabbard. This is a Vintage 10" bayonet and scabbard set. At the end of WW2 1945.The US Sent these knifes over to Italy. Thy serial numbered the hilt and took off all US marks on the blade. If you take the grips off you will see the US Mold numbers on the inside of the grips. The scabbards were made by the Italians and thy used their belt hanger. The bayonet was used but is still in usable condition and ready to be put onto the end of your M1 Garand. This type of knife/bayonet will attach onto the front of a M1 Garand lug. The bayonet and scabbard have been in storage for years and reflect that. Some of the blades and scabbards still have grease packed in the corners. We have cleaned as much as we could so you can see just how nice the blades are. The lockup of the blade and scabbards are tight. There is still dirt and grease present. This is a used bayonet and scabbard as you can see in my pictures. To me this set looks new old stock. If you buy now you will get the knife and scabbard set pictured.
