Your watch will be shipped double boxed.It will be in watch box with a pillow,bubble wrapped and placed in another box with padding for its protection The watch is shipped with the crown pulled out,you must push the crown in to start the watch.You pull the crown out to set the time.The crown is pulled out when stored to help save battery life. A new battery was installed, but due to how long the watch is stored before it is sold there is no guarantee on the life of the battery and is the responsibility of the purchaser to change the battery in the future. The watch will be shipped with tracking and insurance.
