In pictures it looks as if it is glowing but it is not it is only because of the camera flash. This is being sold As-is for parts or restoration ( usage wear, old powder material with it as seen). The back ground material that it is pictured on / with does not come with the item as it is only for display purpose only ( item only )The shiny spot is just the camera flash / lighting.
