Description: Hello. I am offering a remarkable vintage Roseville Pottery Futura Emerald Urn (389-9) from my own personal collection. The pattern was produced circa 1928. It included very creative and open-minded shapes. Round, square, oblong, and angular shapes with melting and blending of colors were common in this design. This pattern would fit into the modern times, the Art Deco period, and even the past. Futura pieces are highly sought after and coveted by new and seasoned collectors alike. This particular vase is very hard to find, especially in mint condition and with an intact original paper label. The mold is crisp and the color is vibrant. It is nicely textured and is finished with a glossy glaze. It is a heavy piece. The Futura Emerald Urn has no chips, cracks, scratches, paint loss, or restorations. It is immaculate on the outside; on the inside, there is a trace of soil residue on the very bottom from having been used as a planter. It is in mint condition. For the sake of accuracy, the piece has sporadic areas of fine clear crazing. They in no way detract from the urn's attractiveness. Please disregard the appearance of white spots which are due to camera glare. The Futura Emerald Urn's bottom retains the entire original paper label which reads ROSEVILLE POTTERY; the label is dark making the text somewhat difficult to read. Its dimensions are 9" h x 5-1/4" w x 5-1/4" d. It displays beautifully and is a superb example of its kind. The Futura Emerald Urn will be packed especially carefully before shipping and will be fully insured. The quoted price covers both services. Any shipping/insurance overage will be promptly reimbursed. I will gladly combine shipping for multiple purchases as long as it would be safe to do so. What a perfect gift for someone special or just for yourself! This vase would make a stellar addition to any collection. Thanks so much for looking. All reasonable best offers will be seriously considered. (Please note that offers of more than 5% off would generally not be viewed as reasonable.) I welcome you to check out my other listings.
