He is in a Groucho box however the previous owner replaced the Groucho word balloon with a Charlie McCarthy one and taped a Groucho word balloon on top. If this is a problem for you do not buy. The rubber band in his mouth is original and does not work well. It’s decades old at this point but could be replaced. There are YouTube videos on how to do it. I fixed my Jerry Mahoney that way.
