Vintage UNKNOWN #6 Red Plastic Race Car - Tether / Originally Wind-up

Description: Vintage UNKNOWN #6 Red Plastic Race Car - Tether / Originally Wind-up Ships USPS / Fast Shipping / Shipping Insurance Used condition / Fair Parts Condition. Originally had a wind up mechanism, but key is missing and is untested. A drivers wheel is in cockpit / was taped in there. Body has some crack issues front and back as shown in pics. The bottom has some curious keyed holes that look like you would hang it on a wall. May be for some version of tether harness. I may be wrong on that. Will clean up some, but I leave that to you.
